Here are some top tips to help you navigate around the site! Logins and passwords will be issued shortly but if you would like to get started, please email or phone a member of our customer services team and they will be more than happy to help. 1. Products can be added to the shopping basket via the icon underneath each product or from the individual product page but you need to be logged in to do this and to see the prices! 2. The search icon can be used to type in the description of the product you are looking for or alternatively the product sku, if you know it! This will return a list of items containing the text you have searched or the specific product. 3. Do you often “repeat your order”? Good news, you can set up a “favourites” list by clicking on the heart symbol underneath each product you want to add to the list. There is no limit on the number of lists you can create – weekly live food, bi-weekly frozen orders. Alternatively we can import your last order if this would help to get you started? 4. Account customers will need to enter a Purchase Order number to confirm the order. 5. Please note your order needs to have been placed prior to 2pm if your scheduled delivery day is the following day. If you are unsure of your delivery day please call. Due to a technical issue, the site cannot be viewed properly on a mobile phone currently but we are working hard to fix this! Don’t forget, we still like talking to you too!
